I would consider any 1 of the 2 days selected. However, there is the possibility that we could use a RDH both days. I am looking for someone who works well with the elderly. Someone who is compassionate, gentle but thorough, has patience, is a good listener and is detailed oriented. They need to be dependable and a hard working dedicated individual who is self-directed. Working well with team members and the doctor is a must as well as a great attitude.
Skills to include: checking patients vitals, reviewing medical histories, patient education, periodontal recalls, application of fluoride, scaling and root planing, pit/fissure sealants, and the ability to take periapicals/panorex radiographs.
Calling patients to fill their schedule as needed and helping create/sustain a vital part of the practice recalls. Actively checking patients future treatment plan needs, probing patients as required by the doctor and bringing patient periodontal needs to the doctors attention.
Sometimes, it is necessary to collect payments and schedule their next appointments if time permits. We are a small office and work well together.
Cases with the doctor to include oral sedation, i.v. sedation, and performing scaling and root planing. Oral hygiene instructions, post-surgical scaling, and post-operative polishes are part of the office protocol especially with the doctors laser surgeries.
Looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
