Serve Those Who Serve Matrix Providers is searching for 2 Dental Laboratory Technicians to work at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. The Dental Lab Tech fabricates and repairs dental and maxillofacial prostheses and appliances. Requirements include completion of a dental laboratory course, experience fabricating prosthodontic restorations including fixed gold and porcelain fused to metal, and denture and orthodontic appliance fabrications; experience performing and supervising functions such as fabricating and repairing dental prostheses and appliances. Interprets inspection findings and recommends corrective action. Consults and coordinates with dental surgeon for improving procedures, institutes corrective measures, and maintains follow-up action to ensure adequacy and compliance.
