Dental Treatment Coordinator/Doctor Scheduler (West Haven & Milford,  CT) Overview of Position   A progressive and fast paced Cosmetic/General dental practice with offices in Milford and West Haven, Connecticut is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team.   Our doctor is highly skilled and progressive as is our ENTIRE team. We are employed in two beautiful, modern offices with computerized treatment rooms & digital x-rays. We perform the latest cosmetic procedures: Implants, Veneers, Invisalign and many others.   The successful applicant will work under the direct supervision of the Practice Administrator and must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of dental experience.   The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the patients know why they need the diagnosed treatment, obtain a financial commitment, and ensure all referral/insurance paperwork is completed for the treatment plan. They will be the financial expert in the office by showing all patients how they can afford the dental treatment.   The person who will fill this position must be someone who enjoys people, communicates well with others, has a great positive attitude, be a go getter and be self-driven to get tasks accomplished. We are looking for someone that is outgoing and upbeat, has a passion for dentistry and handles all situations with a smile.   You MUST be someone who is comfortable discussing large amounts of money. You will determine financial arrangements with patients, collect money, make collection calls, call insurance companies, handle insurance problems and work with outside financing companies. Our practice is actively focused on continual and abundant growth.
