Busy periodontal practice in East Memphis seeks efficient, organized, energetic full-time Treatment Coordinator with RDA/CDA experience who knows the meaning of the word initiative! The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player who knows how to set and achieve goals. An outgoing, friendly personality and high professional standards are musts. Job Requirements: General duties will include, but are not limited to: •Act as the liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient •Coordinating initiatives to convert and assist new patients •Reviewing with patients the nature of the problem and treatment diagnosed •Scheduling treatment for patients •Making financial arrangements with patients •Familiar with third-party financing options (e.g., Care Credit, Lending Club, etc.) •Track all treatment presented •Pursue specific patient follow-up protocol All applicants must possess professional and friendly phone skills, computer proficiency (MS Word and MS Excel required), and prior experience as a dental administrator.
